Such is reality for newly-promoted clubs. Nottingham Forest entered their first season, 2022-23, with the big boys with high hopes--and barely survived. Now this season--they already fired the manager--even with Everton in one of the drop places due to their ten-point penalty, Forest is 16th, only three points from safety.
