Tim Harris (nice name) is a 27 year old man with Down's Syndrome.
Tim's parents started the café (I can't believe Blogger put the thing over the "e.") for their son to work in. Asked recently on the Today Show what he does at the...restaurant, Tim replied: "I'm in charge of the hugs."
As McDonald's has "over 4 billion sold," Tim's has "over 32,000 hugs given."
