From the second entry for "Yizaiershi" on search results:
"Yizaiersi Pinyin the: yìzǐér shí Interpretation: child: refers to the children.Originally referred to the State of Song in the Spring and Autumn Period surrounded the city to make food, people exchange their children to when the food."
No doubt a Google translation of the original Chinese also. Having read too many of these over the years and being familiar with "swap child, make food," I would--tentatively--understand the above passage to mean "Yizaiershi" =swap child, make food. But I could be wrong.
-Explosive Benjamin.
