Former United States Senator Joseph I. Lieberman, the last person the undersigned actively supported for president, testified earlier today on the April 15 Muslim terrorist attacks. Senator Lieberman said the FBI should have shared the information it had gotten from the Russian government on the Brothers Tsarnaev with Boston police.

"Why didn't they involve the local law enforcers who could have stayed on this case and picked up signals from some of the students who interacted with him, from the people in the mosque who threw out Tamerlan? That could have prevented all this from happening."

For Gods sake, Boston police missed the "signals" of two men leaving backpacks unattended on a public street at a high-profile public event! Stevie Wonder could have picked up on those signals. Boston police would not have "stayed on this case" and "prevented all this from happening" if the FBI had shared the information it had with them. On these facts, the overwhelming share of law enforcement blame rests with Boston P.D.
