"Massive Russian Earthquake Felt 4000 Miles from Epicenter."-Washington Post.

Rooski!  I tell you no arrest American for pee-pee spy. I tell "we send other meteor!" So we send earthquake: Sue me, Rooski. Ha-ha-ha-ha. See if you collect one pee-pee ruble for send earthquake and no meteor.

(This was a massive 'quake, 8.3 on the Richter scale. Fortunately, it struck under the Sea of Okhotsk, which the Post describes as "way off by the Pacific Ocean."  There are no casualties.(Therefore, I can make fun of the Russians.))
