It is separate to UNSCR 2231 which is FUTURE-oriented. It IS true as the document itself plainly says, that Iran will provide the samples, the videos, the photos and give them to IAEA. Yes, that DOES sound fishy. It is directed toward PAST suspected violations, NOT FUTURE compliance. Future=UNSCR 2231; Past="Separate Arrangement II." Iran is NOT "conducting its own inspections" under UNSCR 2231.
