1929 is one of the resolutions still in effect until replaced by 2231, the "Iran Deal" resolution. 1929 prohibited Iran from testing ballistic missile systems, or acquiring the technology for them. Ballistic missiles can hit Europe. Iran test-fired a missile last week.
