Speaking of embarrassing tackles, the New York tackle football "Giants" are the most prestigious organization in the professional National Broken Ribs League. At least they were until Sunday when they just said no to tackling.
"Third and 33" will forever live in infamy for the G-Men for New York defended the Los Angeles "Rams" as if they were wearing G-strings. Or perhaps they were traumatized by the Boucher tackle and eschewed anything like it. More likely the "Giants" simply quit. They quit on the play, quit on their coach, quit on their teammates, and most outrageously, they quit on the high-paying fans who paid to attend a professional tackle football game when a flag football game broke out.
