On Monday head coach Dwane Casey's Toronto "Raptors" lost a 35 point squeaker to the Cleveland "Cavaliers." Which completed a four game sweep by Cleveland in the second round playoff series. Which was the third straight season Cleve had done a war dance on Casey's head in the 'loffs. Which followed the best regular season evah on the Niagara Frawnteer. Which isn't worth a warm bucket of piss in said 'loffs.
On Tuesday Dwane's NBA coaching peers had seen enough and voted him COTY, Coach of the Year. Which I didn't know Ty Lue controlled that many of the brethern's votes.
Today, Tonto Chief Masai Ujiri tomahawked Casey out of his job as head coach of the team. Which must be a record for quickest firing of a COTY. Which was richly deserved.
Casey's now ex-peers should be deprived of the franchise in future votes for felonious voting.
