Yo-Yo Norwich won the Coca-Cola League, Sheffield United finished second, both gaining automatic promotion, and Aston Villa beat Derby yesterday in the third-to-sixth playoff final at Wembley for the final slot. It’s been a few years for Sheffield and Villa, the former since the Carlos Tevez third party transfer fiasco. Villa will be the only club from Birmingham metro, the second largest in England, in the EPL. Birmingham City finished 17th in the Championship. Strange that.
