This is so un-China like. Xi Jinping committed a fundamental, and monumental, unforced error in the Sino-American trade negotiations. Xi did it. Not the Americans, not his negotiators, Xi did it. Changed the terms of the agreed final draft at the last minute and sent it to Mnuchin like maybe Mnuchin would miss it. Gee, Xi.
