Human beings are capable of unspeakable cruelty. We have made of this luminous blue orb a ghastly, dark place. Yet, we are capable of extraordinary kindness as well. We are capable of creating the most exquisite beauty to fill the darkness with light. That kindness which is gratuitous is appreciated the more; beauty which is unexpected is the most exquisite of all.

Today, on Miami Beach, USA, a young girl steps out onto the threshold of her home and plays impromptu a violin concerto by God's composer, Johann Sebastian Bach.

Cars stopped. People gathered to listen and to record. At the end, spontaneous applause for a little girl who, unexpectedly, had filled a corner with light and beauty and enchanted a neighborhood.
