Luis makes a good encapsulation of tiki-taka with "passive possession." I doubted Pep then became a believer then doubted again. The way you beat tiki-taka is not by Steve Bruce's park-the-bus, the way you beat tiki-taka is pressing them, it can be gently, high. If you sit back passive possession will eventually turn into a goal.
