I was looking forward to this. Like I was looking forward to a "Heat" win tonight. THANK YOU, OMICRON!
14-day changes
-67%. Cases. A TWO-THIRDS DECLINE!
-36% Hospitalizations. A decline of over one-third. Lower than Peak Delta, far lower than Peak-Trump.
And finally the Bigga Meata Balla, our sometimes detested, sometimes exhilarating Deaths.
-12% Deaths. Oh, oh, oh, ARRGH, AH! oh, whew. Good for you too?
140,204 Cases. DOWN.
87,318 Hospitalizations. Down.
2,328 Deaths. Down 52 corpses/day, 364 fewer in the last week.
In summation: What a night for Oh! Oh! Oh! O-micron, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germaine and Beantown. Within 601 Biscayne Blvd in Miami, and without however, storm clouds are gathering from all directions. Do the "Heat" have the talent to withstand the tempest? Only Victor Oladipo is missing from Peak-"Heat" while KD is probably as close as Oladipo, they have half a bed-bug and who knows what Baby Ben can do. But BKLYN has MUCH, MUCH more quality troops coming than does Miami. Beans have served notice and Philly does not have Beard yet. The "Bucks", "Nets", and "Sixers" clearly have more elite talent than the "Heat". Chi has been right there all season. Beans, I don't know. I haven't paid attention to the streets in Middlesbrough. The "Heat" are being enfiladed from every direction. If they don't have the talent, do they have the WILL? Can they overachieve. Lotta games left to do that and then they'd have to continue into the 'Loffs. Tall task, tall task, "in the mix" if everything breaks right, is the most accurate, realistic take. "Heat" fans are going to be disappointed I'm a feared.
