"Heat" fans were vocal tonight again in an enemy venue.

I take back half my criticism of Jimmy Butler (temporarily). The motherfucker played 51 fucking minutes. The Association counts 36' as a full game played. He tried until he 'bout died. His 5/24 shooting almost killed the "Heat" but he had 10 rebbes, 8  asts, and 2 blocks. That from a 6'7" player. Heroic Jimmy Butler. Lion Heart.

The difference-maker in this game for Miami was Duncan Robinson. He heated up big time. 6/13, every shot from deep, Duncan played 44' and had 25 points in a tied with Bam, Kyle and PJ for second team-high 44' and was second to PJ in the contemptible +/- stat with +26. The "Heat" shot better from three than Chazz. Jimmy inspired the team with his gameness, that's how I read the box score. Bam had 13 rebbes, PJ 10 in 44'. Kyle 21 pts on 9/16 (6/11), 9 rebbes, 5 asts in

Unlike other "Heat" box scores where bench players make immense contributions this was all the original starting five, PJ, Jimmy, Bam, Kyle, and Duncan. Each played at least 44'. No one on the bench cracked 20' of play.

Most impressive game of the season? Most Will? Show me another one. This was Miami "Heat" Culture at its best. This effort was inspirational, it leaves me awe-struck with admiration for this team. To a man, the starters left it all on the court in a comeback on the road against a .500 team, something New York and Boston have not done.
