I'm losing my interest in the Premier League. They were off for the Africa Cup and then snuck back to play Tuesday. Who knew? There is no rhythm to Premier League soccer anymore. You can't keep track of league games with so many breaks--for the Africa Cup, for World Cup qualifying, for the Champions League, Europa, the bullshit domestic tournaments. It is really aggravating me. The problem is the leagues can't do anything about it. In Europe the domestic leagues are under the oversight of UEFA. Worldwide they're all under FIFA. And English soccer fans like all this crap! They about started a revolution over the Super League, which would have put a stop to it all. ManU tied at Burnley Tuesday. Yesterday City beat Brentford 2-0 and Spurs lost at Southampton. Today Lester trail at 'Pool 1-0 at HT and Arsenal lead Wolves 1-0 in London. I don't know, I don't know what I'm going to do.
