Isn't that adorable? Houston "Texans" safety Jonathan Owens gets down on one knee to propose to American Olympian Simone Biles. "THE EASIEST YES" Simone posted on her Instagram account. Now, who has the first pick in the NFL or NBA draft in 2043?  I'd start tanking now.😂
