*This is new* Dec. 11 Trump made statement that foreign policy problems were "for the next guy." He then signed an order withdrawing all U.S. troops from Somalia and Afghanistan.
This is consistent with Michael Cohen's WaPo interview that has top secret docs at MAL as bargaining leverage with DOJ: that Trump would extort DOJ to not charge him or he would hurt the country.
