"One cannot negotiate on one's knees."

Von Clausewitz or somebody smart. That is good post-it note philosophy. You can't, you can't negotiate from a position of abject weakness.

Unless you're negotiating with John Kerry.

Iran is on its knees, "crippled" with economic sanctions, threatened with military attack, experienced with cyber attack, a pariah state in the world. The "5+1" most powerful states in the world, spearheaded by John Kerry, hold all the cards. And yet, Iran, negotiating from its knees, is causing them to fold against a pair of deuces.

Only with John Kerry.
