There is no date for the resumption of these talks. There is not a deadline as there was in the Iran talks, no arbitrarily set deadline, but there is a practical deadline, elections in Canada, maybe elsewhere, in mid-October. Access to the US dairy market is Canada's issue and it is unlikely Canada will give in more the closer they get to the elections.
It's not just Canada. The Australian guy said each of the "big four" economies, the US, Canada, Mexico and Japan, has specific concerns. On July 31 Wikileaks released a bunch of documents showing systematic NSA spying on Japan to get negotiating strategy on TPP and climate control. NSA then shared all of this with the other Five Eyes countries. Haven't read if that is a concern of Japan or not.
