Labour Lurches Left.

The British Labour Party, the loyal opposition to Prime Minister David Cameron's Tories, has elected Jeremy Corbyn its new leader and, in a parliamentary democracy, its Prime Minister-in waiting. In so doing the party reverts to its Tony Benn, Michael Foot roots and may foreseeably be planted with that permanence which rootedness requires, ashes to ashes dust to dust.
