President Obama has rejected the Keystone XL energy project. It would have delivered oil via pipeline from the tar sands of Alberta to Nebraska for refining to the rest of the U.S. The thing has been under study for over seven years and the president concluded it was too much dirty bang for too few bucks to the economy.
