It is Happy/Sadurday, are you happy?
We're off! (Reverse chronological order)
And that is IT! No mo'. So, were you happy or sad today?
#10 BAYLOR #4Oklahoma State
Mike Gundy, you're a man but your mamma shouldn't a let you grow up to be a cowboy.
The Big XII Conference, which has X members by the way, is FUCKED.

Manuel Pellegrini on today's defeat to Liverpool:
"I'm more than angry, it's unbelievable the performance tonight. It's difficult to understand why we played so badly, the whole team -- I've never seen this team play the way we did tonight...It was not one or two names -- it was a complete disaster [for] the whole team."
You got that right, Boss Man. Never known Pellegrinni to be angry. Betcha Juventus is going to get a taste of the lash this week.

PITTSBURGH Louisville.
Pitt is now 8-3. That is astounding. Four straight years of 6-6, four or five head coaches in the last decade. There has been a Doozy of change in Pitt football. Some other coaches have had great years, Houston's coach had a great year until today, but I'll be darned if I know of one who has yanked a program out of terminal mediocrity the way that first-year head coach Pat Narduzzi has. And to give credit where credit is due, I nominate Pitt Chancellor Patrick Gallagher for Athletic Director of the year. The guy took over the Pitt post last year and when Paul Chryst left to go back home to Wisconsin, Gallagher fired the athletic director Steve "ISIS" Pederson before ISIS could wreck another coaching search. Gallagher did it himself! Head of the committee that spent a good, little time deciding, Gallagher, et al scored a bulls-eye with the Narduzzi hire. Then, he hired an athletic director. Months later. Bulls-eye on that one too with Scott Barnes, late of Utah State. Pitt is 8-3. It is hard to believe that.
Oh my God. CONNECTICUT, now five wins five losses, just defeated previously unbeaten and 19th-ranked Houston We Have a Problem. Jeezus Christ.
VIRGINIA Duke
Four straight losses for Duke, one-time top 25 team. I thought David Cutcliffe was a better coach than that. No excuse for that.
UCLA #13 Utah
#23 OREGON #24USC
MICHIGAN STATE has upset #3 Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio. My oh My-Oh-my. Kicked a field goal with three seconds left. Earlier in the year they beat Michigan on Michigan genius Jim Harbaugh's decision to punt the ball with a few seconds left. Congratulations to Sparty!
MIAMI continued their schizoid season by beating Georgia Tech, schizoid their ownselves. Miami's record is now 7-4, more than enough for a post-season bowl game. I hadn't realized. Tech is an inexplicable 3-8.
Speak of embarrassment, lower division THE CITADEL beat the powerful Southeastern Conference's South Carolina.
Oh my gosh, Iowa State led KANSAS STATE 35-14 at the half and lost 38-35. Two bad teams, ISU now 3-8, KSU now 4-6. Iowa State lost three fumbles in the last seven minutes. That's why they're bad. Not been a magical season in Ames.
#17 NORTH CAROLINA needed overtime to beat Virginia Tech in Tech coach Frank Beamer's last game. Beamer is a Hall of Fame coach.
TEMPLE crushed #21 Memphis, the "Tigers" third straight loss.
IOWA is 11-0 for the first time in school history. They beat Purdue today. A magical season in Iowa City.
Oh my goodness, it took overtime for FLORIDA to beat Florida Atlantic. That game was tied 0-0 at the half.
Lol, exactly! That is the "meaning of life" question behind Happy/Sad-urday.
The loathsome international break is over in short-pants football.
LIVERPOOL Manchester City
4-1! At the Etihad! IN-
EX-
-CUSABLE.
Embarrassing. Beyond embarrassing.
Does anyone want to win this league? Chelsea is nowhere, Arsenal lost today, City lost, and now LEICESTER CITY F.C. top the table. That is embarrassing. English football is down this year, there is some weird Gresham's Law at work. Imagine if Leicester leads the EPL into the Champions League next year!
LEICESTER CITY Parsley, Sage, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Are you kidding me, I have to pay attention to Lester now? They are in first place. Unbelievable. The Angels are playing the Red Sox in a few minutes and will leap the "Foxes" if they win.
WEST BROMWICH ALBION Arsenal
My goodness, Arsenal.
MANCHESTER UNITED Watford

If the SEC is so great why do half their teams lose every week
