Darrin Hall, that's all!

(who?) That's what I said.

My Beloved Pitt "Panthers" finally beat a real team today, somebody not nicknamed "Penguins" or "Owls," no, the Beloveds beat some Devils, some "Blue Devils." Duke's. At Duke. Pitt was a nine point pup, too. How'd they do that? DARRIN HALL, THAT'S ALL!

Never heard of the kid but young Mr. Hall ran for three touchdowns and 254 yards for the "Panthers", 24-17 winners. Darrin now holds the school record for longest rushing TD, a 92 yarder, and had another of 79 yards! I don't think he was touched on either run. He certainly wasn't on the 79 yarder, he had a "hole" he coulda walked through. What the hell did the Pitt O-line eat for breakfast? Duke has lost four in a row but before that they had won four in a row, they're a decent team. Not today on the D-line.

Pitt also started a new QB I had never heard of, B. Dinucci. B had no effect on the game, he was 8/18 passing. He replaced Max Browne. Max Browne. What the heck happened to Max Browne? Max Browne was the highest rated QB in the country coming out of high school in 2012. He was a TWO-TIME Gatorade national player of the year, a five-star recruit who committed to USC. Where he largely sat on the bench for three years. He transferred to Pitt in December for his last year of collegiate eligibility and has now lost the starting position there! What a shame. Feel so sorry for the kid.

Hail to Pitt!
