Russia “Likes to Fight”

Lithuania “suicidal,” lol. Roger Cohen’s ancestral home has good reason to feel suicidal today for Russia is again indulging its taste for conquest. It fired on and seized the crew of a Ukrainian vessel in the Caspian Sea last week and it is sending signals that it is about ready to fight NATO in an attempt to retake ex-Soviet territory in Eastern and Central Europe like Lithuania. A while back it told Trump Defense Secretary Jim Mattis that it would not hesitate to use tactical nuclear weapons in Europe in a conflict with NATO and today NATO and Trump’s Amerika 2.0 accuse it of installing such land-based theater weapons in violation of nuclear treaty.
