Heaters and Haters, there is some kick ass work being done out there by just regular people. Midway or all the way professional nobody has ever done better than young Pedro Montemayor on Youtube. And this commentary on how Justise Winslow and Jimmy Butler might not work out by AFunkyDiabetic, from August, was prescient. AFunkyDiabetic’s “fear” was spot on and the reasoning upon which the fear was based is deeply analytical and subtle. When AFunkyDiabetic says that he thinks there is something to just "feeling the ball" on every position, that is a very subtle point that evinces a deep intuition and I think it is key to Justise and to a lot of other NBA players in maximizing their effectiveness.

Incredibly, AFunkyDiabetic also mentions Andre Iguodala twice as the player that Justise might become, two versions of Iggy, Iggy in his “prime" and the dissipated “Warriors Iguodala”. Those are  exactly the two versions of Justise that the "Heat" saw and in making the trade they decided that Justise was not "prime" Iguodala and they might as well get the real thing. As it turns out they still got the dissipated Iggy lol but I think the "Heat's" judgment on, and AFunkyDiabetic's "fear" for, Justise was accurate. So to see this now, a month after the trade of Justise and the acquisition of Iguodala, and to realize that AFunkyDiabetic pretty much saw it all in August is to have reinforced that there really is some very, very good work being done out there by some very smart people who are not pros, just Joes.
