No, General Milley, President Trump Wasn’t Losing It
He had LONG lost it is Timothy L. O'Brien's point:
Pelosi phoned Milley shortly after Jan. 6 to inquire about what “precautions are available to prevent an unstable president from initiating military hostilities,” according to a transcript of the call.
There were “a lot of checks in the system,” Milley told her.
“He’s crazy. You know he’s crazy,” Pelosi said. “He’s crazy and what he did yesterday is further evidence of his craziness.”
“I agree with you on everything,” Milley replied.
Milley also came to suspect that Trump had “suffered a mental decline after the election,” according to the Washington Post’s excerpt.
Okay but wait, I think Trump was worse after the election! Don't you? Doesn't everybody? Didn't his closest advisers and Washington observers? It wasn't just Gen. Milley. So I think O'Brien reaches here...I have gone far astray from my original purpose of posting this, which I will rectify.
Did Trump suddenly go into a psychological slide in 2020 that made him more dangerous than before? No.
Oh Jeezus, more from this guy on that, which I feel compelled to copy and paste. YES, O'BRIEN, HE DID!
Okay, this post grew a branch and lured me out on it. I'm going to cut the part that prompted me to post in the first place and make it a separate post. Une momento, por favor. THANKS O'BRIEN!
