ASK IRA: Will Erik Spoelstra roll out #Heat’s enforcer in Nikola Jokic-Markieff Morris rematch?

This is "Culture." Riley had a bunch of thugs in New York, had tough guys in Miami when he coached. It's a disgrace to the game, as fights have turned off spectators and viewers to the NHL for decades. Now look at what we have. Jimmy Butler escalating a situation exponentially, the brothers of Markieff Morris and Nikola Jokic tweeting threats and now "Will Spoelstra put Udonis Haslem on the court for the rematch?" 

This is looking ominously like a reprise of Malice in the Palace. NBA commissioner David Stern was in the stands for that one. Didn't prevent the player-player, player-fan brawl. Adam Silver is too good a commissioner and too brilliant a man not to do something about this darkness that is gathering. The Jokic brothers should be banned from attending. Security should be beefed up throughout the arena and uniformed cops should be standing behind each team's bench. Adam ought to personally call Micky Arison and Pat Riley and deliver warnings. He should instruct the referees assigned to that game to call it particularly close. Adam should be in Miami on November 29. Pre-game he should go into each team's locker room and instruct the players that if there is even jawing during the game the refs are going to issue taunting T's and one stray elbow and the player will be ejected.
