Pork-Related Futures Prices Predictions Nov. 13

Tennessee-#1 Georgia. Hmm. interesting. "Vols" beat KY JELLY in Lex. last week. Surprised me! Not the House but it did surprise me. UGA-13

USF-(barely)#2 Cincinnati. No prediction.

#3 (almost #2) Alabama-New Mexico State. Omg, the mid-season cupcake. No prediction.

#12 Baylor-#4 Oklahoma. This is the one I thought was last week...Wish I could remember what I prognosticated. "Sooners"-4

#4 Oregon-Washington State. O-18

#6 Ohio State-Purdue. Hmm. "Boilers" surprised the hail outta me last week. East Lansing Spartak, too! Swine. 'Due is 6-3 (4-2) so they're pretty good. Ohio State, I just can't get a handle on Ohio State. Oh, OSU-13.

UVA-#10 Notre Dame. Oh boy. This could be a tricky one for the 'ouse to set. Not sold on the "Lakers" a'tall. "Cavaliers" have a high-scoring offense. Amazingly high-scoring: 49 last week in a 66-49 loss at BYU, 48, 48, 34, etc. They've got a great QB is the reason. The fewest points they've scored is 17 home to Woke on Sept. 24. Charlottesville will be rockin' like it's a White Power rally for this one! Side note: This is a golden era for QB's. There are great QB's all over the frigging country, not just at the 'Bamas and "Buckeyes" and Jawjas (in fact none of them has a great QB), but at good-but-not-great teams--Brennan Armstrong here, Sam Hartman at Woke, Sam Howell down Tobacco Road a few yards, Kenny Pickett, Tyler Van Dyke Caleb Williams. Brian Kelly has not won a national championship at ND because he has never gotten or developed a great QB. What will Vegas think?...ND-3

#8 East Lansing Spartak-Maryland. Yikes. Could get ugly. Side note: In the AP write-up on MSU's unfortunate loss at Purdue last week was the observation that MSU had not won after winning a BIG game since 1967. But for it being AP I would have immediately mocked that "stat." 1967 was 13 generations of college players ago! Mel Tucker, Sparty's current coach, was FIVE YEARS OLD in 1967! That is the most meaningless stat that I've ever seen, more senseless than anything I've seen even from Twits on the Premier League. MSU-17.

Oh my God, the number of games is just endless...

#23 PSU-#9 Meeshagan. Major side note: This is Fire Joe Paterno Day! The TENTH anniversary. HAPPY FJPD!

Two more programs I have major doubts about. Don't really respect Jim Harbaugh or, at this point, James Franklin. This is Deez Nutz' first realistic chance to make a statement of intent after the Dystopia Bowl in Iowa City. He had no chance last week in the Big House against OSU. MI won last week to wash off the stain of Sparty. I'll tell you what, if Harbaugh loses this one they gonna tar and feather his ass! I think they will lose, too. But where will Vegas set the line...It's gonna be tiny and could be tiny PSU or MI. MI-2.

#10 Oklahoma State-TCU. "Horny Toads" fired their superb, long-time head coach, Gary Patterson after they lost to K-State. "Horny Toads" promptly went out and beat #12 Baylor 30-28 under Jerry Kill. He's a good coach, Jerry. "Boones" impressed me mucho last week in Couch Burn. 24-3. Jesus. Neither I nor the 'Ouse expected a beatdown. Okie State-10.

#12 Ole Miss-#11 Texas A&M. Lord Gawd, what a great matchup! "Aggies" have righted the ship BIG TIME. After losing two straight earlier they've won four in a row, including over then-#1 Alabama and then-13th Auburn. Both at home. I think Jumbo Fisher is a bettah coach right now than the Lane Train, but this is at Ole Miss. God that place is going to be nuts. Has Ole Miss played too many BIG games? At Alabama, Arkansas, at Tennessee, LSU, at Auburn, they rang the Liberty "Bells" last week, so a breather there. They've won three of their last four. A&M to me is on a real powerful roll. Jumbo gets his teams on those. I think A&M is gonna win this one. WWVT? Teensy-tiny line. A&M-1.

Okay, that's eleven, about my limit in a sitting. Will pick up next time right here.
