Yawnis Finis

1) There is no deadline to trade or not to trade. It's not foregone that Beer will trade Antetokounmpo. There was no trade despite feverish excitement at the trade deadline in February. Antetokounmpo could still sign an extension and stay.

2) The "Heat's" package does not give Milwaukee's beer head.

3) The "Celtics" are not leaking links to Antetokounmpo.

"Boston keeps all of their business quiet. Boston’s business doesn’t get out there.

4) Milwaukee is not the source of trade talks.

"Jon Horst does not leak. He has a very small front office and he does not discuss anything."

5) The "Heat" are not the source.

"The Heat aren't going to drive up their own asking price..."

Just common sense but since I quoted, John Karalis, si.com/celtics

6) Players' agents are the source

Those who have the most direct, personal financial interest in chumming the waters:

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald in response to a fan saying ‘it’s over, [Giannis Antetokounmpo] is a Celtic’: “Yes, there are agents saying this.”

Ira Winderman: There are agents saying Giannis will be traded to the Celtics.

7) And it's not true. Antetokounmpo will not be traded to Boston.

“In recent days we have seen that the Boston Celtics have shown some interest there, but a Celtics offer has a stumbling block. No. 1, you’d be potentially breaking up [Jayson Tatum] and Jaylen Brown. No. 2, it would mean changing the entire structure of the way the Celtics play basketball.”

I know nothink. What I can glean from what players agents, Giannis', perhaps Giannis himself, and agents for other players, and using common sense, is that Giannis will not be traded to Beans, he probably might be traded to Miami, and less probably but reasonably he will extend with Beer. And WHEN whatever happens happens, there is no real or even artificial deadline. The chumming and the disinformation could not impossibly go on beyond draft night.
