"The GOP Must Dump Trump."

How in the world can that happen? Does there exist a legal procedure for this?  Trump has already gotten the nomination. Scarborough does not say how this might be accomplished. I do not know of a legal means to do this, I cannot conceive of a legal vehicle for this. I think Scarborough is a lawyer, I said I think. Why then would he not suggest legal means to do this. That is strongly suggestive to be that Scarborough is talking out of his ass! Why would the Washington Post publish a guy talking out his ass? I don't know.
