God is the collective conscience of mankind. Good and evil exist in us all and We make of the world heaven or hell.
There are times when individual men and women choose with unusual particularity who their God is. This is such a time.
It has been an apocalyptic summer, of danger and terror of hate and evil. People have done that. This has been their time. Possessed by their demons, and by evil, they have chosen sordidness.
Others have chosen greatness. They have stood up literally and figuratively to the danger and evil of others. It has been their time too.
These have chosen greatness. To inspire others, to condemn still others, to do both with dignity, with uncommon courage, even with heroism.
These are the people and their images which will live forever in mankind's collective conscience if we make of God a just God, and a great good God. If not, they and their images will be forgotten and disappear.
It hangs in the balance in the Summer of '16. This is the time.
