Republicucks on Viagra

Only until the end of September the Senate is operating under rules that allow Obamacare repeal with a simple majority vote. It is a legislative Viagra with a prescription end date.

Republicucks almost got it up for penetration in July, falling just one teensie-weensie vote, that of Senator John McCain, "short." Now, they are back for one final attempt at successful congress.

They've got an excellent shot. Key to McCain's opposition in July was the steadfast opposition of Arizona's governor. The governor enthusiastically supports this effort, Cassidy-Graham. Which is another "boost." The bill's co-sponsor is McCain bff Lindsay Graham. Graham is predicting he will have the votes.

If you're a bettin' man (and I am) you'll be getting very short odds that McCain will stand by his governor and especially his amigo. Fifty-fifty is a win for Republicucks: Pence has the tie-breaking vote.
