Trump is out of control, his killing is out of control, the Trump Epidemic is out of control, the country is out of control. It is the greatest man-assisted natural disaster in the history of this country, an utter Catastrophe.

Where, Charles Blow asked on July 19, is the outrage? Why are the protesters in Portland--Day 56 up there!--and not in Washington, outside the White House? I don't understand it.
