When Khost was handed over to the Taliban, the KPF feared they’d be killed for their crimes.The Taliban in Khost had given them passage to flee but they were stopped by Taliban in Paktia,and were forced to surrender in Dwa Mandey. This was their worst enemy that they forgave. 3/3

The KPF were special forces created by the US, and the Afghan government had no control over them. They were stationed in Khost, Paktia and Paktika, and were known for the extrajudicial killings of 1000s of people. 2/3
Somebody forgave somebody, I take it the Taliban "forgave" the KPF. The video shows mass surrendering of military vehicles, I take it by the KPF, and no violence.
