I am so happy for him. I never saw a coordinator take a team with merely good players and transform them into this other-earthly force. I never saw an offense like he ran at Pitt. He's still only 49. If he doesn't get a head coaching gig in the NFL or a at a major college the arc of history does not bend toward justice.  He needs to run his own show. The man is a genius.
