Going into yesterday, the final day of the regular season, the New York "Fast Planes" were prohibitive favorites to make the National Concussion League playoffs for the first time since like 1968. Only one of two things had to happen to make it official. One, New York had to beat Buffalo, who had already been eliminated, or the Pittsburgh "Stillers" had to lose at Cleveland. So of course, the jet hit the air pump and neither thing happened, the former in inexplicable fashion except this is the "Jets." Reaching deep in their assholes to snatch out their inner incompetence is a "Jets" exclusive. Happy New Year, "Jets."
