On accounta there's somethin' new: Politico reports that Trump is going to "decertify" JCPOA as not in America 2.0's national interest next week.
As mentioned in the last edition of T.D.M. Trump believes that decertifying Iran is keeping covenant with his moronic supporters:
[Trump] has bristled at being “steered” toward what he views as an inauthentic position, several people familiar with the dispute said.
Now, pause. Inauthentic/authentic; Unreal/real. Trump rejects the real, JCPOA is in the country's national interests, because the real is inauthentic, that is, it would reveal Trump to be a Moron for lambasting JCPOA for two years. The referent for a supreme narcissist is...himself. Trump is decertifying JCPOA for his "personal image" not national interest. THAT is really unreal.
Now, the effect of decertification MAY BE nil. It kicks the can over to Congress which then has 60 days to investigate. If Congress agrees with Trump THEN America 2.0 could pull out of the deal negotiated on behalf of Original America. So: the real is that Trump the narcissist is lying to his trash base (again) so as not to appear inauthentic to them, and betting that Congress will save the narcissist from the Moron. See?
Unpause. I do not understand something: Trump has "inelastic" brand loyalty as they say in economics, right? "I could shoot a man on Fifth Avenue and not lose support." He has "Two Whatevers" loyalty. "Whatever Trump says, that's what I'm about." (Indiana Russian tool employing Chinese term to Senator from Canada.)
So, why is Trump worried about seeming inauthentic to his base base on North Korea and Iran? Their response is just going to be, "whatever." I mean, Trump's first and most enduring link with his human trash was...BUILD THE WALL! He disavowed that promise last month. That lost him like Ann Coulter. His support actually went UP after he was seen schmoozing with Chuck Schumer! You cannot tell me that JCPOA would be a deal breaker with the Trash when "Build the Wall" was not. C'mon.
I don't have answers to those questions that satisfy even my own self. Perhaps on foreign policy Trump will be more "authentic" to his Russian masters? Not in the case of Iran. Hell, Russia was a main player in JCPOA. I don't know. Whatever, I'll think of something.
