Terri just missed being high school valedictorian, too, because she could not count... to two which is the number of times Terri voted for the Moron in November. Iowa election officials took a dim view of that and Terri was arrested for same. Expert testimony on Terri's mental prowess is here provided by her lawyer who filed a legal motion to have Terri declared "incompetent" to proceed to trial:

Terri Lynn Rote, a registered Republican...has "significant mental deficits," wrote officer of the court Jane White on Terri's behalf. Continuing her brief attorney White avers that Terri "is unable to stay focused for long periods and has other "cognitive limitations."

That was in January. Terri apparently had her competency restored for on June 27 she entered a plea of guilty to a "Class D Felony" and received probation.
