Biden currently leads by 16,952. At 6:32 NYT notes that 10,000 more ballots have been received. The Times does not note where the ballots are from. However, eventually those top three counties in outstanding votes are going to come in and based on percent remaining and current lead it would be expected that a net 10,996 additional votes will be credited Biden.
Trump continues to narrow the gap in Arizona, where he now trails by just 0.51 points. But he still isn’t doing well enough to overtake Biden — and the number of remaining mail and provisional ballots is dwindling.
