Twenty-four year old Matiss Kivlenieks died of "chest trauma". I read that as a blow to the chest, not a puncture wound. Am I recalling correctly that a boxer can have his heart stopped by a punch to the chest? I'm not sure that I am but that extremely vague memory is the only reference I have for this.
