Just within the last few minutes the death toll has gone from five, to six, and now seven in the shooting in Tucson, Arizona earlier today. Reuters is reporting that Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has died. At almost the same instant CNN was saying that she was expected to survive. A federal judge, John Roll, above, and a nine year old child were also among the dead. The reports are that Congresswoman Giffords was the target. My God.
