The Hate Divide

Republicans and Democrats do not even speak the same way. Democrats do not talk like the Lincoln Project's Republicans, and they're the good Republicans! They have to talk that way to get to the base--so the base talks, thinks, and acts worse. I guess we knew that, right? Duh. You can't appeal to the Republican base with "Hope," or with any positive message. To beat them you have to out-hate them. That is really disturbing. There is a hate divide in America.
