As a blogger for almost twenty years I have never once been able to say ahead of time, "Ah, this post will get the hits!" The most-read post in the history of this blog, “The Devil and LeBron James”, was a spur-of-the-moment writing decision for which I had NO expectations. Within a couple of weeks it had been read over 17k times. I had no clue why. Still don't.
