San Bernardino Shooting.

At this hour, about 5 1/2 hours after the shooting began, "at least 14" people have been killed, two of the three suspects are in custody, some say "down," shot, and one is still at large. No motive yet, no yeah or nay on terrorism. Pretty similar to the Paris attacks but not a high-profile target, a social services building; poor and disabled people. Those are not people who terrorists usually target. Robbery is not the motive. The only aim was to kill, which is like a terrorist assault. Heavy body armor means premeditation. Revenge? Like, this particular social services center didn't help someone's loved one? Three people would have that motive? Doesn't sound right. What was this about?
