Miami "Marlins" star pitcher Jose Fernandez was killed in a boating accident off South Beach on September 25. Today, in response to a law suit, the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner's Office released the autopsy and toxicology reports on Fernandez and his two deceased companions. Fernandez had a concentration of .147 alcohol in his blood as well as cocaine "and multiple other substances."
