College Tackle Football

I forgot. I had saved another image and it was blasted out of my mind. The first image that I saw of the camo unis was the one at bottom of #13. I right-clicked on the image and searched Google for others similar. This is what I got:
Done. Later gators
....

(11:52 pm)

Is that Army? I have seen Army wear camouflage uniforms before.

Helmets the color of infantry helmets! Okay, that works. All respect, that is ugly camo though, camo with acne. Florida? Does that say Florida? Did Florida play A&M? Is that Florida? In camouflage uniforms? Une momento por favor...IT IS!...I...I have nothing else to say.

(8:03 pm)Hurricane Warning

Miami(11) came from behind to beat Georgia Tech 25-24 in Miami Gardens. It was the 'Canes tenth straight win, their longest win streak since 2003-04...

(5:27 pm)

West Virginia beat #24 Texas Tech 46-35. Don't know how much of an "upset" that was. 'Eers were 3-2, TT 4-1 going into game. And they played in Couch Burn where WVU has an advantage.

The "Vols" played today!...Rocky Top, you'll always be home sweet home to me...Hmm, not really. The 'Cocks spewed on 'em 15-9.

Oh my goodness gracious, the Boston College "Pigeons" pooped on Louisville in Louisville. Both teams unranked but Louis was supposed to be good. By definition if BC beats ya, ya ain't worth poop.

Brigham Young, 1-6, got cowbells ringing in their ears after getting mauled by bulldogs at Mississippi State(4-2), 35-10.

No school has been hurt more by conference realignment than BYU. BYU used to be the cock of the walk in the old Western Athletic Conference. BYU made the WAC and Lavell Edwards, who coached there from 1972- 2000, made the WAC whacky. The conference became known for its high-scoring games, garnering it media attention and making it a hit on TV. Under Edwards BYU became an aerial circus quarterbacked by Gary Sheide, Gifford Nielsen, Marc Wilson, Steve Young, Robbie Bosco, Jim McMahon, and Ty Detmer. Edwards made the WAC a victim of his success. Arizona State and Arizona bolted the WAC for the PAC 8 in 1978 and although BYU won a national championship in 1984 it has been left standing in every round of realignment. Even Utah, BYU's biggest rival, who Lavell Edwards beat like a rented mule, got an invite to the PAC in 2011. Not BYU. They joined the Mountain West Conference after the collapse of the old WAC and have played as an independent since 2011. It is untenable to play as an independent in college football today: scheduling is complicated, conference television money is unavailable, recruiting is more difficult, there is no clear path to the national playoffs, retention of coaches is difficult, and BYU is proving independence is untenable. It is sad. It is sad to see a school with the football tradition BYU has be 1-6.
