PUBLIC OCCURRENCES

There are times in a man’s alive when he just doesn’t have it, you know?  I was embarrassed by the work I did on Tuesday and I resolved that I would finish my work on Wednesday no excuses. I'm pretty good about keeping work resolutions. I worked until 10 o’clock. I did not finish. Thursday, the same resolution and I worked well before suddenly and inexplicably losing it. Did not finish. Yesterday, same resolution, worked until about 9:30. Didn’t finish. Today I just did not have it. I did not finish.
