My son and I were trying to establish the provenance of a 20 year-old water-stained photograph of him and a childhood friend that mysteriously turned up in the washing machine last night. We did it! It was impressive detective and guess work. Unusual too, as my son pointed out:

“We figured it out and we never figure things out.” 😂🤣
