FT Boston 116 (2-1) Golden State 100

This was a game that I felt no need to parse the box score, it was the inexorable flow of the game that told you from the opening tip which way the wind was blowing. There were a minimum of twists and turns; basically it was the "Celts" game from the opening bell. And they did it to the Golden State "Warriors." Wow.

I am ready to call that there is a new power in the Association, and the most mysterious power that the pro game has seen in some time. This Boston team are half-way home to ending the "Warriors" injury-interrupted dynasty. The peculiarities of the "Celtics" play are a condundrum wrapped in a mystery, inside a puzzle No one, not holders Milwaukee, not Spartus in Miami, not the elegant, gadgety Golden State has figured them out. I hate them, but I admire the hell out of them.
